Bismillahirrahmahnirrahim.
Assalamu'alaikum W.T.B. and Good Day to all Scholars
Welcome to PETRONAS USA Website. The website
is aimed to serve as a premier information provider for PETRONAS
US Office. By this, I am hoping to improve communication between
this office and PETRONAS scholars to the next level. Apart from
facilitating and speeding up communication, the website will also
elevate our helicopter view to a new but an interesting dimension.
We wish to strategize the web to be the anchor to all in getting
latest news and point of reference. Eventually, the strength of
relationship and close bondage will be felt among us regardless
our geographic location, majors, class years, ethnic and social
backgrounds.
With continuous updates from home as well as
this office, you will be kept informed of latest development especially
of PETRONAS. For a start, you may like to know that this office
is serving over 160 scholars from 26 universities all over United
States and Canada. The number of scholars in US remains fairly
consistent due to a number of graduates and new intakes are balanced
every year. There were 60 scholars joining our family this Fall
semester. I trust the seniors has successfully embraced the role
to comfort the juniors upon their arrival here.
At the infant stage, the web site will be kept
simple and merely targetting in publishing circulars. These circulars
or any other news will be kept active for a period of 7 days and
will be appropriately archived for future retrieval. However,
it will gradually grow to become a comprehensive web that shall
meet your expectation. If you like, we could also link this web
site to yours. Last but not the least, we encourage constructive
comments and suggestions by emailing it to petronaswdc@msn.com.
